Otomatik Sigorta ile Kontaktör Arası Bağlantının Yapılması
Stajımın beşinci haftasında, pano içerisindeki otomatik sigorta ile kontaktör arası bağlantı işlemini gerçekleştirdim. Bu işlem sayesinde, bir devrenin enerjisini kontaktör üzerinden nasıl kontrol edebileceğimizi uygulamalı olarak öğrenmiş oldum.
İlk olarak devreye ait pano içerisindeki otomatik sigorta ve kontaktör, DIN rayına önceden monte edilmişti. Görevim bu iki ekipmanı birbirine doğru şekilde bağlamaktı. Ustamla birlikte bağlantı şemasını inceledik. Sigortadan çıkan faz ucunun, kontaktörün A1 ve L1 girişine nasıl bağlanması gerektiğini detaylıca anlattı.
Bağlantı için uygun kesitte (1.5 mm²) kablo kestim. Kablonun uçlarını dikkatli bir şekilde soyup uç pabuçlarını sıktım. Sigortanın çıkış ucunu kontaktörün giriş ucuna bağladım. Vida bağlantılarını sağlam şekilde sıktım ve kabloyu kanal içine düzgün şekilde yerleştirdim.
Ardından kontaktörün bobin uçlarını kontrol ettik. Bu bobine ayrıca bir kontrol devresi (örneğin buton) bağlanarak uzaktan kumanda sağlanabiliyor. Bu uygulamada sadece enerji hattı bağlantısı yapacağımız için, bobin bağlantısını sonraki haftaya bırakmamız istendi.
Bağlantıyı tamamladıktan sonra, güç testi yaptık. Pano enerjilendiğinde sigortadan çıkan akımın kontaktöre ulaşıp ulaşmadığını test kalemiyle kontrol ettim. Her iki bağlantı noktasında da enerji vardı. Bu, bağlantının doğru yapıldığını gösteriyordu.
Ustam ayrıca bana bağlantı yaparken dikkat etmem gereken bazı püf noktaları da anlattı. Örneğin:
- Kablo uçları mutlaka düzgün kesilmeli ve pabuç kullanılmalı,
- Kablo ne çok uzun ne de çok kısa olmalı,
- Bağlantı sonrası vida sıkılığı her zaman iki kez kontrol edilmeli,
- Kablo kanalları karışıklık yaratmayacak şekilde düzenlenmeli.
Bu uygulama benim için çok öğretici oldu. Çünkü daha önce sadece teoride öğrendiğim kontaktör-sigorta ilişkisinin sahada nasıl kurulduğunu ilk kez deneyimledim. Bu tür bağlantıların düzgün yapılmaması hem sistemin çalışmamasına hem de tehlikeli sonuçlara neden olabilir. Bu yüzden yaptığım işi iki kez kontrol edip ustama da onaylattım.
İlerleyen günlerde bu bağlantıya kontrol butonu ve röle sistemi de eklenecek. Şu an temel enerji hattını kurmuş olmaktan dolayı kendimi daha güvende ve bilgili hissediyorum. Bu haftaki görev bana pano bağlantılarını şemaya uygun ve güvenli bir şekilde yapmayı öğretti.
